We believe you should be satisfied with the products you purchase from the LUXAPOOL online store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they are formulated & manufactured to be just what you need.
We understand however, that sometimes, a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
Importantly, the rights described in this policy are in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.
Please note there may be limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products, however these limits will always be subject to your statutory rights.
If you have been sent the wrong product, incorrect colour or they are badly damaged (some tins may have slight dents or damage which will not affect the products performance), then please contact our office on 02 9939 7977, and we can organise to have the goods returned & replaced. A digital photo of any badly damaged goods will be required via email; please send to orders@colormaker.com.au.
For all other returns, for example where you have changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, you may return your undamaged goods in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
Under these circumstances, returning your order is at your cost and your risk; this is important: We will not accept goods for which the freight has not been prepaid. That includes all shipping charges and Dangerous Goods charges, plus insurances where applicable. You also accept the possible risk of loss or damage of the goods during shipment back to us.
Goods must be returned in good condition with the original receipt / Tax invoice and original packaging within 14 days of the date you receive the product. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. (Some charges may apply to refunds).
